'Better late than never' has to apply to this one. Madeline turned 10 (hard to believe) on August 1st. We were just a tiny bit busy during the months of August and September with our move to MI, so this post is very late.
The girls have a tradition of giving their gifts first thing in the morning on birthdays and Christmas.
Lydia's present to Madeline this year: Pepper, the American Girl husky.
It looks like Pepper is going to be accepted just fine.

Madeline had a great day with several friends and an American Girl party! Her friends brought their dolls and all the girls spent time doing their dolls' hair, changing outfits, and just playing. We watched the American Girl movie 'Molly' and had cake.
